This will be my first ever post as the creator of FAI. This is incredible. I know that I am not some guntuber or something, nor am I the guy who will put on a pair of quaddies and pretend to know what I am doing. However, I love cool guns, gadgets, stuff, and other tactical things. Plus, being a design engineer for a Fortune 500 company gives me at least the slightest modicum of credibility. So that's worth something, right?
Anyway, the reason why I wanted to do this is a pure pet project. Something for me to work on and enjoy while I go through a can of Reign (only real men drink Orange Dreamsicle). I saw a lot of others in the tactical bespoke industry making cool things for a decent price, or just making dope designs and didn't care if people bought them or not. However, I see a lot of others charging insane prices for...overly bulky or useless designs, and then never stock them or keep things proprietary and make it a pain in the ass to acquire. Having been in sales positions, nothing is more annoying than having a company not keep a decent stock and take forever to re-up. That is how you lose
interest, repeat customers, and recurring business.
So I will be using this site to muse, upload current projects, results and reviews, and maybe eventually my own line of gear. But I am guaranteeing that the items for sale by me will be always ready for shipping, simple and effective, and not proprietary.
However, to start off my journey as a person in the tactical space, I need a gun. A cool gun. Preferably more than one. So that is why I am making my first 6mm ARC that will act as my baby and mascot. Enter the Doberman.
Using a flared custom AR lower from Bad Attitude Dept., I was able to get some custom work lasered on. That way I have this baby forever tied to this venture. I chose a Doberman as sort of the embodiment of 6mm ARC. Sure, it's not the biggest and deadliest force of nature around, but its fast, agile, and probably the deadliest animal its size. It is a way to immortalize my favorite dog of all time into heavy-duty aluminum and truly live on.

I am now waiting for the remaining parts to arrive so I can get this Cerakote'd and assembled. I will wait to update this once I get the upper ready and do a full reveal. This new toy is going to be my baby for the foreseeable future, and I cannot wait to see it shine with some Hornady Black touching targets that I could only dream of with 556.
Until then, friends!
